COVID-19 FEEDBACK

HOW OUR covid-19 POLICY is PERFORMING:

We are keen to get back to work in the new normal, and as part of that process we want to know what we are doing well and what we can do better with respect to our covid-19 policy and it’s management at work.

This form will allow you to share your thoughts anonymously (although you can leave your details if you’d like to), which will allow us to regularly review and improve our procedures. It takes the form of 3x sections; Policy, At work, Improvement.
